Poor services

I took a personal loan with woolworths.last year in October i ask for outstanding balance which it was over five thousand rands which i paid it all.around April this year i attempted to make a cradit with one of the creditors.i found a red fleg from woolworths says i am owing fithy five rands.and my account has been handed over.i still need answers yet no one is willing to give it to me.
