I am getting sick and tired of no one assisting.

I was charged R284 on my store card, where is my damn money. This happened on the 29/09 and still no one can give me a solid answer as to what is happening.

I was not able to purchase a gift, nor was I refunded to use my store credit.

This is absolutely poor service. i call finacial service and the online department yet no one can assist me !!!

the agents you have working for you, are complete idiots.. confused is an understatement.
