Poor Service Woolworths Guguletu

I bought items online when I received the items it was not really to my expectations. I went to return the purchase at Woolworths Guguletu. It was on a Saturday of Month ending of January the queue was a bit long and the was only one cashier operating it was around about 12:00 Midday the store has no air conditioning it was hot inside the store we are waiting for a customer who is returning number of items, became a bit irritated I then enquired who is the Manager of the Branch/store .I asked why is the only one cashier and we have been standing in the queue for more then five minutes.to cut story short second cashier was called to come and assist.

It was then my turn to do return was told they do not do returns for online purchases they do not have an option in their Tills just like that I was told the is absolutely nothing they can do to assist me. Because they are not a Big store I called head office for complaint wanting clarification if Woolworths and other stores systems is it not the same laid my complaint I was told they will get back to me because the store in question is not answering calls. Following week I went o Vangate Woolworths wanted to know if they fall under a small or Bigger store I was advised they fall under a small store.Explained my frustration with the service I received in Guguletu Store I was informed they have the same system as theirs they are refusing to do returns and send customers to Vangate were I was told they have the same systems as Guguletu Branch.

I was very upset I called the store while I was in Vangate Mall spoke to Andile who was doing cover up for the previous Manager who refused to do the return and he advised he will investigate and get back to me till today I have not received a call from Andile at Woolworths Guguletu or the head office and I’m going to return purchases that I have done online at Guguletu Branch and If they refuse I will make a seen and it seems Woolworths does not care about their customers the staff and Management they need skills training I’m not happy with Guguletu service .
