Poor service Woolworths finance

I have never been so disappointed with a company that I trusted so much as Woolworths. I was told that my card was cloned and someone used it *****ulently. I have written several emails and called different numbers, and to date, I have not been assisted. This issue took place in December 2023 and it now end of July 2024. It's as if they do not read previous emails or look at attachements. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!
