Poor service Woolworths Dash

I’m so disappointed with Woolworths food. I always use dash delivery and when things are out of stock I don’t even get a refund. Fine however the stunt pulled today is the worse. I never had a substitute yet the shopper created his own food substitutes. Instead of tropical juice he selected cranberry. 3 or 4 items I never chose were on the list on order O***. Then the help desk tells me that I will get my money in 3 working days after I cancelled. I want my money by tomorrow morning. I have taken a video of the food they brought here and I rejected it. I want my R1030 that I was debited by tomorrow. I don’t remember getting refunded for donuts that I bought last month which were out of stock.
