Poor service Woolworths Credit card division

Good day I paid my Woolworths credit card via Absa App they did not update my payment details, they asked for Payment Notification in Pdf I sent them now its in Arrears where as I paid on the 24th April 2020, its the 2nd time I'm writing to Hello Peter but they have not assisted me, Woolworths will ruin my ITC please help.
