Poor service Woolworths canal walk

Very disappointed in Woolworths canal walk service! I received a gift that had 1 size 3 and one size 4 shoe. I went to exchange item and found that they only have two right size 4 meaning this is clearly a problem as items not been checked correctly when purchased. I simple needed the bone to make a pair however the manager and supervisor said that they can out help me and would rather throw their items away(waste) then make a pair for a loyal customer. It’s so sad that big companies really don’t care about their customers. South Africa has a big problem with things being wasted but hey well done Woolworths on helping increase that situation instead so simply helping! Great service Woolworths canal walk!
