POOR SERVICE WOOLWORTHS

On the 24th December'22 I received ,via a sms, a WRewards member 10% off voucher that I could use. Unfortunately I had heart surgery early in December'22 and was not mobile until the end of January '23. Upon trying to redeem said voucher I have been shunted from pillar to post without being able to use the discount I was offered. I have visited the V&A store, Herm**** and finally Somerset West store on the27th of Feb and 6th of March to try to understand why the voucher was neither on my App or could not be traced. Both visits to S.West took over 1 hour at a time. I have been promised feedback via email or telephonically. Yet nothing. I commend Asha[?] of Somerset West Financial services for trying to communicate with the "system" but even her efforts have not produced any answers. There are no T's and C's accompanying the sms. There is no expiry date specified. All in all a frustrating experience that I believe merits an answer!? WHAT DO YOU THINK WOOLWORTHS??
