Poor service woolies somerset mall

Worst service ever. I have been going to woolworths somerset mall 4 times now to get the longmarket barber range wax and everytime they have an excuse for why its not available. Today iy was it is in stock but we dont know where its now and will only pack it out tomorrow. No one has offered to notify me once available. No one has offered to order from another branch and i cannot order it online. Not use to service like this from such an establishment. I have received better service at pepstores.
