POOR SERVICE WFS

My credit card pin got blocked and i visited the ABSA branch as per text message received. It got attended but surprisingly after filling petrol the card declined. I was never able to use the card as it continued to say the pin is blocked even after countless visit to the branch. I logged a call with WFS and was linked with ABSA consultant and I was assured the card has no holds or any blocks on it. To this day I am unable to utilize the card and yet expected to make installment. I have suggested to be provided with new card as the old one proved to not working.
