Poor service to NO service satisfaction.

Placed an order online for the first time, was promised delivery 20 December 2019 between 14:00 and 17:00. Received confirmation the previous day that my order has been processed and will be delivered. I tried calling to see where my items were as I had made alternative arrangements to be at home to receive my order, the service operator advised my items were not yet sent out for delivery and would call back. It's now 20:00 and still no call back or answer.
