Poor Service / Staff not well trained

I made an account in the beginning of Novemeber 2014. I was advised that I must collect my card at Wonderpark . I went to collect my card the beginning of January. To my suprise I was asked if I received an sms confirming collection. I did not receive any sms , Patricia at Wonderpark store tried to help but tranfered me to someone else who then asked if I was looking for additional card , i did not receive the first card issued then I said. She looked as if she did not know what she was doing . I wanted the card so that I will be able to buy school uniform. I waited in the store for more tha 45minutes. They kept on asking me my email address over an over . I was then told that they have ordered VIP card for me but unfortunately could not buy with the account because I do not have the card . I had my ID with me .I then decided to close the account and requested to receive a letter confirming . I have been phoning head office several times now and still no confirmation letter. I cancelled the account because of poor service , lost trust and still after cancelling there is still no service . I wonder who the managers are and what are they saying to lose a client beacuse of this
