Poor service one again at woolworths cafe

Bad service at woolworths cafe is something that the residents of Farrarmere have just grown to accept as constant complaints to management seem to be a waste of time are just fobbed off. As you walk into this cafe the bad service starts, from seating yourself you often have to get up and get your own menu then starts the long wait for service, when service does arrive it is often so distracted that placing an order becomes so frustrating that I often feel why don't I just get up and go to the mug and bean next door. They also serve you with an attitude that they are doing you a favour. Food quality has become so poor that I end up pushing it around my plate rather than eating it. The buffet lunch doesn't even exist at this branch any longer. The servers are constantly bickering with each other and as I look around now I see at least 4 tables trying to get a servers attention. Yes I should probably just not keep returning but they have one barrista who makes the best cappuccino that I just ignore everything else for my caffeine fix but because of this reason and because of the lack of good coffee shops in benoni, this one stays in business and the bad service continues!
