Poor service no feedback

<p> Good day</p> <p>For the past month every week I have send an email to WFS Credit Card division. I requested for a compilation of my payments per d/O for the past year. I requested that the feedback is emailed to me to my email address at work. I still have not yet received any information or feedback in this regard. </p> <p> </p>
