Poor service, lack of knowledge by staff, Careless

Today the 04/09/2015 just after 13h00 my friend went to Woolworths in Southgate JHB to buy me an early birthday gift \Gift card so that I can buy cellphone from Woolies in Cnr Adderly & Strand Street-Cape Town""; ONLY to be attended by an *********** Woolies store in Southgate; the name of the cashier was Joana Mothali. Joana at first was clueless about Woolies in Adderley street's as well as the fax number; my friend had to teach the Woolies staff member to check on their system for the fax number; the IBT form was also completed incorrectly by the staff member. After all that trouble Joana faxed the gift card to Woolies in Cape Town Airport instead of Adderley street. I waited in Adderley street till my lunch time got finished because of Woolies's incompetence. I am so so ****ed off with everything right; I hate even the building of Woolies;any Woolies for that matter. """
