Poor service is a understatement!!

Pathetic online service!!!

I have been struggling for 3 days to purchase an item online, when I try to check-out I keep receiving an error message "technical error when trying to send OTP". I have made 6 calls to the customer service for assistance in this regard. My last call I was transferred to the financial depth. where I spoke to Michelle Wilson, what a disappointment. I'm HIGHLY upset with the service and attitude I received.
