Poor service in townships

My mother and I decided to shopping at the Woolworths at Soshanguve crossing and was unable to do any shopping as their systems where off line for more than 4 hours. I truly believe that this kind of occurrence does not happen in other Woolworths especially those in suburbs. I'm disappointed at the fact that it was not attended to as quickly as it would have been had I being in Woolworths at Brooklyn shopping.
