Poor service from Woolworths Call Centre
Terrible service from Woolworths Call Centre.
Calling for past 2 weeks about my account.
They transfer my call to a different department for assisstance, the call gets cut, or the line goes dead on many tries.
No one calls you back.
I sent an email to *** after a week, no reply.
Filled a complaint on woolworths website today. Also sent an email to complaints at ***.
I am presently on a call with Woolworths financial services again, today.
Let's see how this goes......for the 10th time....
The Call Centre Agents don't listen to what you are trying to explain, I therefore sent emails.
Let's hope I get a response.
Any advice for me?????

Finally Kholeka Ntame a call centre agent informed me, they cannot make out going calls.
So basically you have to keep calling hoping the call gets answered, then hoping an agent can resolve your query.
Seems like there are no team leaders or Supervisors on duty, to assist.
