Poor service from Woolworths!!!

I logged a complaint with Woolworths customer care more than a week ago regarding bad chicken that i purchased from them, All they have done since reporting this is send me a reference number and a facebook message saying that they are investigating the matter, its been more than a week and i am yet to receive a call from them, Woolworths have proved that not only are their products unsatisfactory but so is their service to customers! We expect better service and q products when we have to pay more for "Quality" not in this case!
