Poor service from Country Road, Woolworths.

I was at the Eastgate store and purchased trench coat which was on sale. The sales assistant tells me I won’t get a coat cover because the coat is on sale. Please balance me here, Country Road. Help me understand this. I mean it’s not as if I bought a dress or skirt. I bought a trench coat valued at R2500 - whether I got it at a discounted price, that’s neither here nor there. How do I protect it from getting damaged or dirty while not in use??? ...
