Poor service from cashier-Woolworths Benmore

Very poor experience with cashier. Was told to fetch my own trolley for a large number of items purchased. The cashier is not happy with her job, it would appear and needs extensive customer service training. For a premium retail chain, this is not a good ambassadorial spirit.
