Poor service for diable customers and product changes

As a disable person I attended Woolworths Palmyra in Clearemont and had to see their customer service through new eyes as I recently became semi disabled. On doctors advice I try to use my orthopedic crutches instead of wheelchair. The distance I found it difficult . No staff offered a wheel and eventually took few items and went to stand in a long queue. I asked for the store he apologised but it should be inculcated to the floor staff that upon seeing a disable to offer the wheelchair. He apologised and no offer was made to me to use the wheelchair. Not good for woolworths image as it reflects that disabled persons are not welcome. Please take a leaf from Checkers and Pic&Pay as their staff comes to you with the wheelchair. Aside from this your double thick yoghurt has changed as the standard as dropped as its weak and very parts has some clotted yoghurt. Dont pull the wool over our eyes. The top part is very watery and the bottom quarter has the thickness.

It's a disgrace that Woolworths hasn't answered the above complaint. Will follow this up as Woolworths must start seeing itself as losing customers as it happened in Australia.
