Poor service - Financial Services

Woolworths financial services were unable to assist me with a problem on my black credit card. They forwarded me to ABSA who transferred me to 4 more departments and eventually cut me off.

The shocking service at ABSA reflects on Woolworths financial assistances reputation.

I have not been able to resolve my issue and this is unacceptable.
