Poor service ever,most embarrassing shop to do shopping

Woolies Knysna do not know how to help or try to help. I went there today to exchange a shirt for a different size the lady said it is fine I must go get the item and they will exchange it, only to find out that my item scan 1c and I paid full price not even a sale item.....Rashaad on duty said they cannot help me no exchange nor a different item... ...Woolies system problems is not my fault. I ask the them what must I do with a shirt that does not fit me they said I must give it to charity because that is what Woolies do with their clothing....****! I paid R299 for this item seriously Woolies get your customer service in orders....
