Poor service

Very disappointed, not happy at all if there was a zero star rating I would give them that. I went to their store in pavilion yesterday to purchase 1 short and paid with my card but I was told they need my ID in order to process since it was my 1st time using it I had lost my previous store card, mind you I was coming from Musgrave so I told them I didn’t bring my id since I did not know I was going to need it so I asked them to sent the item to Musgrave since it was easier for me and convenient they refused. Since I needed the item I drove back to Musgrave to get my ID and drove back to pavilion only to be told I can’t get the because the sale was processed when I came earlier and they cannot reverse it since only Cape Town is allowed to reverse of which will take two day. So I left without the item and without my credit, I am very disappointed with you and your service.
