Poor service delivery

I'm so upset about my order. I made an order online and yesterday 29/03/23 I received an SMS that my stuff will be delivered, and it never got delivered. My daughter went on a trip today without the warm vests that I ordered. Please make it make sense. I always order clothes online and from Dash, and they deliver to the same address, and my helper is always at home to accept my order. There's always someone at home, so there's no excuse whatsoever for the courier company not to deliver especially because they always deliver to the same address.
