Poor Service

Poor customer service I placed a online order for food delivery on 29 May and i got a email stipulating i will get delivery on Tuesday, 2 June between 2-5. I called the call centre to follow up on my order and still no feedback. My status on my online order says processing and still no groceries. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and lack of communication.
