Poor Service

I bought a jersey at Woolworths in Vincent Park for R599 in March using my Woolies Credit Card.I lost the till slip and tried to do a return at their Woolworths Mdantsane Branch. The ladies refused to assist me and simply told me to return it where I bought it as they did not even have the stock and the knitwear had fabric pulls.Its not my fault that they made a poor quality over priced jersey.The cashier and manangent could not assist me in any way and did not make my experience very pleasant in their store.I work in retail and we go an extra mile to help customers.Had to utilize fuel and drive to were I bought the knitwear.Never shopping there again.
