Poor service

I am doing this review as a last resort as I am struggling to get any sort of resolution from woolworths, I contacted their Cavendish store and the service was disgusting, redirecting and dropping calls, I had to call them 5 to 6 times and when I finally was directed to the correct person and department they dropped my call, I contacted via Facebook as calling clearly was not an option and was told they would address my complain, I have yet to receive any sort of response as I was told they alerted the Cavendish stores manager after I had told them time was an issue.
