POOR SERVICE

I place an order with the Woolies Dash over a month ago, I didn't receive my order and I have struggling to get a refund. I have called into the office serval times and all I hear is we will investigate the matter and get back to you. It's been over a month, and I still haven't received my feedback or my refund.
