POOR SERVICE

I called Woolworth Fourways to arrange collection for my order. I spoke with the lady by the name of Alina, she never listened to my request. I kept repeating myself and it was very annoying.

She then transferred me to another phone that kept ringing for more than 5min...i then decided to drop the call. I cannot be on hold for 5 min.

When I try calling again, there was no answer. I am very disappointed,
