Poor. ***** service

Tuesday I made an order on Dash, delivery time 2pm.. the phoned me 1:30pm, to say he’s on his way. he got there at 2pm.. your office me and i i phoned the driver Prince richard. he didn’t answer his phone and someone else answered and said they not the driver and they busy and dropped the phone.. After that the driver placed my order as delivered on that and went Awol, i have tried calling untill 4pm and went to your store , they told me they will refund me .. it will take 3days.. i was confused i’m really disappointed by such unprofessionalism by woolies dash. i don’t believe i’m being ****med by Woolies dash…now i want my money now and that’s it.. order number #***please give me my money
