Poor service

Please clarify to me how is it that bread is packaged with 3 x1L juice boxes and 6 cans of ice tea? Is the Woolies difference accepting cutomers to receive squashed bread. The delivery guy didn't even apologize when I asked what happened as the bag was torn!! There's a second bag that's surprisingly only carrying nuts and coleslaw - must have made sense to the packer to pack bread with heavy stuff. I've never been so disappointed by you guys...as I figure out how I'll prepare sandwiches with a karate chopped loaf of bread
