Poor service by Woolies online

Woolies online service is the worst online service in the market, order are not delivered and deliveries are canceled without confirmation, the telephone lines are not working and if you get through calls are dropped. They don't make any effort to contact the customer.

Basic they don't give any customer service and it is impossible to track your parcel.
