Poor service

I went to woolies thavhani mall on the 30th of April and made a purchase of R1028. Their systems were down so money was deducted from my account bt the sale did not appear on their system, I was told to wait an hour and the money will be returned into my account, I waited and it was not returned, I called their head office to lodge a complaint and one of the managers at the store called and told me to bring a bank statement on Friday as Thursday the 1st was a holiday, I got there and was told to wait until Monday. I still haven't received my money and they are not communicating, I just feel like they are not taking my issue seriously.
