Poor Service

I am very disappointed, do your orders go through quality check or do you just assume customers will be okay with whatever you send??. I made a purchase online Order No: *** was delivered to me on the 16th of June 24, the bag that i ordered had a very dirty cloth inside which i assumed was being used to maybe clean the bag/remove dust prepping it to be sent. I overlooked that as i assumed it must've been an honest mistake. the bag was stapled (who on freakin earth staples a bag together??) the zip on the inside does not work and the rubber on the handles is peeling off. This was my second online order with Woolworths, may i mention that the 1st order was kaak too!!!!! I'm never ordering with you guys you have really dropped the ball its disgusting!!!!!
