Poor service at WW ****arney

Today ****arney Mall WW, we selected a duvet which was on the shelf in the home section. Before we got to the till, a floor agent told us we couldn’t buy it. She then checked the store room and told us there were none. She then said we could take it she just needed to get a bag. We siaid It was no problem, we would take it as is. Then she walked away, and with no urgency or pride, returned with another floor agent (Phumzile). We were greeted with some half hearted hello and then told we can’t buy it. We asked why and she simply said we can’t as it has been wanted and is no loner on the system. When we questioned how it could still be on the shelf it is not saleable, and she said that stuff on the top shelf is not for sale. Really? I am so shocked at this poor service. No offer to check on the system whether any other stores nearby had in stock or any assistance whatsoever. This is the first time I am epically disappointed in the attitude of a WW staff member. Up your game WW. Not good enough.
