Poor service at woolworths quagga Centre Pretoria West

Yesterday I had a very bad experience at woolworths quagga Centre Pretoria West, I bought my daughter sleepers and they don't fit her but this other **** gal was refusing with my money and there were no other sleepers she was forcing me to exchange with something in the shop and I refused mind you I called the manager and the very same manager claimed that she employee is right saying that I took the shoes on the 25 February and I was supposed to return them within 10 days mind you yesterday was the 6th how *********** of them am wondering does she think she owns the store or she was taking advantage of me...
