Poor service at Woolworths mall of Africa cosmetic department

What a bad experience I had with woolworths at mall of Africa. I bought a Gatineau toner and my skin reacted baddle. I went to the shop, they asked me to bring back the product so that they can take it for testing and they promised to refund me. I did that., but they never came back to me since March 2020. Mind you they have taken their product back
