Poor service at Woolies La Lucia Mall

I was at Woolies in La Lucia Mall today. I got a poor, unprofessional service from a cashier at food section. She was not even wearing a name badge so I can identify her. But I told the floor manager.l, Mbuyazi about the incident.

Can someone who is in charge of training cashiers at Woolies to please pull up your socks. We can't tolerate such nonsense.
