Poor service at Plattekloof Village, Cape Town

Service query Woolworths Food Plattekloof Village, Cape Town: Invoice included. Total of R1582. My grandaughter was with me. I bought 2x Ciabatta @ R39.99ea, but 5x on invoice. Overcharge of approx R120. I am a regular shopper at that store and the staff will know me. I always buy only 2 ciabatta when available. The cashier was perhaps new as she was not as professional as the other cashiers. I am an elderly person and it is difficult for me to walk - and prefer not to go to the store alone. Please assist - I do not want more ciabatta, I want a refund. This is urgent. Thank you. GERT DU PLESSIS 2 weeks later and just promises via Messenger or emails - matter still outstanding.
