poor service and rude staff

i placed an order on 05 Nov, Ram couriers delivered it at night and i refused to open for safety reasons. when i called them in the morning, driver was rude and told me he returned it to woolworths. i looged a complaint with woolies and they promised me 2 things; cancel order & refund my money int my credit card and give me courtesy vouchers for the inconvenience caused. money was never refunded to my credit card and has lost on black friday specials. i have sent emails but get ignored, i called today and agent cut my call.
