Poor service and incompetence from staff.

I bought a dress and it was big and when I returned it, I asked if they have forever new collection as it was a different store, so when they said yes I was excited as I loved the dress and ask for a cashier to give me an extra small. She went to her superior I could see from the distance that there was a problem coz they smelled the dress and the other lady commented. When she came back, I asked her if there was a problem because I actually saw them smelling the garmet and she said her manager said they can't accept it as it has been washed. My goodness Lord, firstly, what I they saying about me, secondly does she has prove that I work it? Definitely taking this matter to the ombudsman and likely social media. The managers name is Gabi a very rude lady and unprofessional "manager". The lady who was behind me was shocked to hear of that accusation and thought it was insane with all the tags and prices visible for even a partial blind person to see. WOOLWORTHS CLEARWATER MALL I am never shopping there!!!! I'm disgusted!!!!
