Poor Service and Customer service attitude

Hi I am very disappointed I felt really undervalued in May my daughter was admitted in hospitals and due to her illness she had a strict diet that I needed to order food at wollies dash the order took hours and came damaged and the delivery man from wollies dash was rude and arrogant and I contacted wollies they said they will investigate and refund the items none of that happened till today I am waiting’ again I ordered in October when my daughter was admitted this time the order did not arrive at all and again I called and they said they will not deliver it had gone back to the shop I offered to collect as it was my last money they said I can not I must wait 7 days I am hurt I do not want to lie wollies is a good brand but this is unacceptable
