Poor Service and consultants who lies

What is it difficult to refund my money.

I have been calling Woolworths regarding my refund, even now they haven’t refunded me.

I am so disappointed in Woolworths.

When I call consultants just tell lies. From 17 October till now I haven’t received my money.
