Poor service and bad attitude

I went Woolworth mall of the north today to buy a suit. Surprisingly they didn’t have suit cover. I was angry due to that and I asked for the manager. A lady came by the name of Ngoakoana.. I then asked her that all this suits in the store are you going to sell them to customers and put all those in a plastic?? Her answer shocked me as she rep**** profoundly so ... Yes. !! She didn’t apologize nor see anything wrong about packaging my suit in a plastic as if I bought the suit from a china shop. Ag sis man. I expected a better service from Woolworth.
