Poor service and a lack of action or response on customers complaints

I bought a Woolworths cooked chicken only to find out when we were about to consume the chicken it feathers. I called Woolworths customer service only to be advised to sent an email, I did so that was Tuesday already until to this day I have not received any feedback regarding my complaint. I guess that's the Woolworths difference
