Poor service

I have a bad experience with this shop isn't my daughter to take out my laybye because iwas out of town igave her my permission everything was there as the proof but they did not assist she was sent away.bearinmind the laybye is going to expire Sunday and today it's Friday must i come from rural areas dont you have any better way to serve clients like other retail shops? And there was 50-65%sale but the trench coat is still the same price ithink it's high time you guys learn from other shops.
