Poor service

Today i went to Woolworths Secunda mall to do my laybye for pre school clothes for my daughter i stand in a long que for about 20 minutes when i was in the till i was told the laybye is closed imagine without any sign to alert customers on the changes had to wait in that que then being told go back with your clothes what kind of service is that i was angry told them this clothes are not on sale and they said we only take school uniform laybyes what is that can you please fix this ******* or have a sign so that we wont stand in ques unnecessary im dissapointed
