poor service

Can somebody be competent and do their job I am tired of this I settled the loan many years ago even receive the settlement letter you also gave me a refund since I over paid now my name is reflecting bad on ITC R108 17/08/2021 WHAT IS THAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR YOUR REFUND????please fix this
